1. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of fees.
  • Fees once paid are non-transferable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Classroom Coaching: Course fees are generally non-refundable once a student joins and attends classes.
  • Online Courses: Refund requests may be considered only if access has not been provided or in case of a technical error during payment.
  • Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be processed at the sole discretion of management in cases of duplicate transactions or genuine errors.

3. Cancellation

  • Students may cancel enrollment before the course batch starts. Any approved refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

4. Processing Time

  • Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7–10 working days and credited through the original mode of payment.
